Vascular Care of Maine at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor is open 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday (except for major holidays). To schedule an appointment, please have your referring physician’s office contact our facility at 973-6670. One of our scheduling representatives will work with your physician’s office to analyze your medical information and set up an appointment that is appropriate for your condition.

After an appointment has been scheduled, you will be sent a brief history questionnaire by mail to be completed and brought with you to your first appointment.
