Pediatric Orthopaedic Center is the only practice north of Boston who
dedicates its entire practice specializing in the diagnosis, non-surgical, and surgical treatment of all types of bone, joint, and muscle disorders in children and adolescents. It is our mission to provide a diagnosis and treatment plan in a timely fashion and in the best environment.
Our Team
Dr. James Greene graduated form the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his orthopaedic residency at University of Massachusetts Medical Center and his fellowship in pediatric orthopaedics at Children’s Hospital, Denver.
Dr. Nicholas Waanders graduated from the University of Michigan, School of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic residency at Case Western Reserve and his fellowship at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
Dr. Robert Gause graduated from Western Reserve Medical School. He completed his post graduate work and orthopaedic fellowship at Columbia University. All three physicians are board certified with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Our practice is dedicated to your privacy and confidentiality. By law, we are only able to speak to the patient or medical power of attorney unless an authorization to release health care information form has been completed.
