Each employee has a part to play in the smooth delivery of the EMMC patient experience. Supervisors are trained to help those individuals understand their role in the big picture, and to let them know they are important. Compared to national averages for employee turnover, which are reported to be between 25 and 30 percent, our employee turnover rate is low at approximately 10 percent.
