If you are unable to locate your records, first contact your family physician for vaccination administration and, if necessary, Cutler Health Center can provide the required immunizations. However, due to a change in federal funding for adult vaccines, there will be a cost associated with this service.
If you have any questions, please call our immunizations department at 207.581.1299.
