  • Obtain detailed engineering & building costs before submission of Certificate of Need (CON)
  • Complete comprehensive front-end analysis and resolution of utility tie connections to existing plant
  • Develop a clear scope of work and responsibility for project team including owner, engineer, and builder
  • Planning, communication, and implementation between the engineer and field technicians is vital, especially for the electrical synchronizing to the utility
  • A talented mix of project team members compliment the technical requirements of this project
