Surgical Weight Loss Patient Orientation Information Session
Location: EMMC, 489 State Street, Bangor (Brown Conference Room)
Start Time: 2:00:00 PM
End Time: 4:00:00 PM
Description: This two hour session is designed to introduce you to EMMC’s Surgical Weight Loss Program. We provide a comprehensive program overview, introduce components of our program, answer questions, and discuss next steps with attendees. EMMC currently offers two types of weight loss surgery seminars. This session is for attendees who have already spoken with their primary care provider and have received a referral link to referral form to our program.
