EMMC provides company paid Basic Life Insurance for benefits-eligible employees. This basic plan provides a term policy worth 1 ½ times an employee's base annual salary with a minimum value of $25,000 and a maximum value of $500,000 without Evidence of Insurability (EOI). The employee policy also includes additional coverage for Accidental Death or Dismemberment (AD&D). In addition to the Basic Life Insurance provided by EMMC, Supplemental Life Insurance can be purchased for the employee, the employee's spouse or domestic partner, and/or the employee's dependent child(ren).
