EMMC offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) administered by Ceridian for Health Care and Dependent Care expenses. A flexible spending account is an employer-sponsored plan that allows an employee to set aside money through pre-tax payroll deductions. The money is exempt from federal, state, and Social Security taxes. Contributions to the FSA can be used to pay for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses.
